LTML No. 344 and SF Chapter No. 35 join "Balik-Eskwela"

The brethren of La Trinidad::344 joined hands with the sisters of the Strawberry Fields Chapter No. 35, Order of the Eastern Star in conducting our annual "Balik-Eskwela" activity last June 14, 2025. This time, support was extended to the pupils of Talinguroy Elementary School in Wangal, La Trinidad. 

Led by Worshipful Master Exequiel Gonzalo and Worthy Matron Jaemie Chua, the event was coordinated with school officials and benefitted about 60 pupils from Kindergarten to Grade 6. A simple program with the beneficiaries was prepared, wherein the children were given school kits, lunch boxes and tumblers they could use for the upcoming school year, and enjoyed a hearty Jollibee breakfast thereafter. 

The brethren and sisters were also able to confer with the school principal about the improvements made within the school's small compound, and other future projects that could be done in cooperation with teachers and officials. Incremental improvements have been noted in the school, with more to come. It is hoped that the Lodge could, time and again, extend its cabletow for the benefit of the school's pupils.
